Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Colombians who are currently playing abroad.
#1. This week's number one is an international power forward
Tonny Trocha-Morelos (208-94, college:
Texas A&M, currently plays in Argentina). He could not help
Boca Juniors (9-5) in their last game. Despite Trocha-Morelos' good performance the second-placed Boca Juniors (9-5) was edged
74-72 on the road by the much lower-ranked (#10) Libertad Sunchales in the South group.
He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 14 rebounds. Trocha-Morelos also added 4 assists and 3 steals in 28 minutes on the court.
There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
This year Trocha-Morelos averages: 7.3ppg, 5.4rpg, 1.2bpg, 2FGP: 43.9%, 3FGP: 32.0% in nine games he played so far.
He is currently a member of the Colombian senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international guard
Braian Angola-Rodas (198-94, agency:
Wasserman, college:
FSU, currently plays in Israel). Angola-Rodas was not able to help
Ironi Nes-Ziona (1-5) in their last game on Monday. Despite his very good performance Ironi Nes-Ziona was defeated
79-74 in Rishon Le-Zion by the higher-ranked M.Rishon (#7).
Angola-Rodas was the second best scorer with 17 points. He also added 9 rebounds. It was his first game for Ironi Nes-Ziona this season.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
It's Angola-Rodas' first year with the team.
Angola-Rodas is in the roster of the Colombian senior national team.
#3. The Colombian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international center
Jaime Echenique (211-97, college:
Wichita St., currently plays in Spain). He was not able to secure a victory for
Gipuzkoa (2-12) in their last game. Despite Echenique's good performance the bottom-ranked Gipuzkoa lost
65-79 at home to the higher-ranked (#13) Gran Canaria.
He was the top scorer with 14 points in 25 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Echenique's first season in pro basketball. Echenique has relatively good stats this year: 13.9ppg, 4.7rpg, 1.2bpg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 53.3%, 3FGP: 66.7% and FT: 78.9% in 13 games.

84-75 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) last Saturday.
He recorded only 2 points in 15 minutes.
NCS Alcobendas (7-4) is placed fourth in West group.
It's Mejia's first season with the team.
This year Mejia's overall stats are: 3.1ppg and 1.2rpg in nine games.
He has a dual citizenship: Colombian and Spanish.
Mejia is also Colombian national team player.

He scored only 4 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
His team was edged
107-105 in Williamsburg by the University of the Cumberlands.
So far Life University lost all three games in the Regular Season.
But the season is still in its first stage and everything can happen.
Mosquera-Perea's total stats this season are: 3.0ppg and 3.5rpg.
He used to play for the Colombian national team
four years ago.
One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Colombian passport: #1. Juan Morales (196-F, currently plays in NCAA2) contributed to a
Southwest Baptist University's victory against the Rockhurst University (1-3)
91-83 in the NCAA2 in Wednesday night's game.
