Hurricanes land Anthony Kent, ex Instituto- May 18, 2021
Kent is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in nine different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Kent has played previously professionally in Chile (Universidad de Concepcion), France, Japan (Ryukyu Golden Kings Okinawa, Akita Northern Happinets and Aomori Watts), Paraguay (Olimpia), Uruguay (Atletico Welcome), Venezuela (Panteras), Argentina (Argentino and Quimsa), NBA G League (Fort Wayne Mad Ants, Maine RC and Westchester Knicks) and The Basketball Tournament (Fort Wayne Champs). He won Basketball s League Americas championship title in 2020. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Hurricanes.
