Quimsa adds Delgado to their roster

Quimsa-de-Santiago-del-Estero (LaLiga Femenina) added to their roster 26-year old Colombian guard Maria Delgado (173cm-1996, college: Angelo State) for season 2022-23. Delgado played this summer at Teporacas in Mexican LMBPF. In 20 games just recently she recorded 11.4ppg, 2.9rpg, 2.4apg and 1.2spg. The last season she played at CSU Olimpia Brasov in Romanian Liga Nationala where in 6 games she averaged 13.5ppg, 6.3rpg, 3.7apg and 1.8spg.
She was also a member of Colombian international program for some years. Delgado played for Colombian Senior National Team between 17 and 2017 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2012.
She represented Colombia at the South American Championship in Barquisimeto (Venezuela) six years ago. Her team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 6 games: 5.5ppg, 1.5rpg, FGP: 20.0%, 3PT: 42.1%, FT: 77.8%.
Delgado has played also professionally in Spain (Genero).
She won NJCAA D1 District B championship title in 2017.
Delgado graduated from Angelo State in 2019 and it will be her fourth season as a professional player.
