Corsarios sign Michael Ramey, ex Los Mochis

Corsarios Cartagena (Liga Wplay) landed 30-year old American 194cm shooting guard Michael Ramey (college: Southern Miss) for new season. Ramey joins another USA player Logan Santiago who is already in the roster.
He played recently at Pioneros de Los Mochis in Mexican CIBACOPA. In 5 games just recently he averaged 3.2ppg last season. The last season he played at Al-Tadamoun (Superleague) in Iraqi league.
He is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with Asian, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Ramey has played previously professionally in Mexico (Correcaminos, Industriales, Halcones de Ciudad Obregon, Halcones UV Xalapa and Centauros), Colombia (Piratas and Condores), Mongolia (Uvurkhangai) and The Basketball Tournament (Jack Attack).
He attended previously one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on he way to pro basketball.
Ramey graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 2017 and it is his sixth season in pro basketball. He played also for Seminole State College for one year.
