LNBPF 2023 - Manuela Rios (ex Brasov) is a newcomer at Libertadores

Libertadores de Queretaro (LNBPF) strengthened their roster with addition of 26-year old Colombian international guard Manuela Rios (165cm-1997) for season 2023. Rios just played at CSU Olimpia Brasov in Romanian Liga Nationala. In 6 games she recorded 7.7ppg, 3.0rpg, 4.8apg and 1.7spg last season. The last summer she played at Indeportes in Colombian Liga Wplay where in 13 games she was league's fourth best scorer with impressive 15.9ppg and had 6.7rpg, 5.5apg (top 2) and 2.8spg. She helped them to win the Colombian Liga Superior Clausura title. A very spectacular season in her career as she was voted Latinbasket.com All-Colombian Liga Superior Clausura Finals MVP and League Player of the Week.
Rios also represented Colombia at the FIBA South American Women's Championship in San Luis (Argentina) last year. Her team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 5 games: Score-5 (12.0ppg), 5.4rpg, Assists-3 (4.6apg), FGP: 43.2%, 3PT: 25.0%, FT: 55.2%.
She has played also professionally in Portugal (Vagos), Colombia (Leonas and Guerreros) and Argentina (Quimsa).
