Liga WPlay 2024 - Yesid Mosquera-Perea agreed terms with Piratas

Yesid Mosquera-Perea

Piratas de Bogota (Liga Wplay) inked 27-year old former international 198cm guard Yesid Mosquera-Perea (college: Life) for upcoming season. Mosquera-Perea played last summer at Corsarios. In 15 Liga Wplay games he recorded 9.1ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.3apg.
He was also a member of Colombian international program for some years. Mosquera-Perea played for Colombian Senior National Team back in 2016 and previously for U17 National Team in 2013.
He represented Colombia at the South American Championship in Caracas (Venezuela) eight years ago. His stats at that event were 5 games: 0pts.
Mosquera-Perea has played previously professionally also in Venezuela (Gaiteros).
His team made it to the LPB Semifinals in 2021.
He graduated from Life University in 2021 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball. Mosquera-Perea played also for The University of Virginia's College at Wise for 4 years.
