Liga WPlay 2024 - Amilcar Sanchez (ex Urupan) joins Titanes

Defending champion Titanes de Barranquilla (Liga WPlay) added to their roster 22-year old Panamanian swingman Amilcar Sanchez (191cm-2001) for new 2024 season. Sanchez is the second import player in the roster as Venezuelan Jesus Medina signed here earlier.
He just played at Urupan de Pando in Uruguayan LUB league. In 13 games he had 9.8ppg, 1.7rpg and 1.0apg last season. He also played for Independiente de Oliva in Argentinian La Liga where in only one LUB game he recorded only 2 points and 1 rebound.
He has played also professionally for other Panamanian teams like Caballos, Caballos and Toros.
Sanchez played in the final of Panamanian LPB U21 in 2021.
