Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.
The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Storm as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Storm defeated 3rd placed Cimarrones in San Andres Island 78-66. Dominican power forward Jean Quezada (206) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and the former international guard Romario Roque (175-1998) chipped in 19 points and 5 assists. American guard Chris Hamil (193-1998, college: UIS) responded with 24 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Motilones. Cimarrones at the other side still closes the standings with three games lost. Cimarrones will play next round against Piratas trying to get back on the winning streak. Carrib.Storm will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
