Piratas de Bogota (Liga Wplay) landed 26-year old American 193cm guard Tristan Jarrett (college: Jackson State). It is actually his comeback to Piratas as he has played here before. Jarrett moved there from Leones in Ecuadorian Liga Basquet Pro where he started the season. The last season he played at Goes in Uruguayan LUB. In two Liga Basquet Pro games he averaged just 2.0ppg and 1.5spg.
Three years ago he was drafted by Raptors 905 Mississauga (G-League) in third round (7th overall).
He graduated from Jackson State in 2021 and it will be his third season in pro basketball.
Jarrett has played previously professionally in Venezuela (Brillantes) and The Basketball Tournament (Jackson TN UnderDawgs).
Among many awards his team was regular season runner-up in Colombian LPB Clausura Group B in 2022. He was voted to Latinbasket.com Colombian LPB Clausura All-Imports Team in 2022. Jarrett played for other colleges like: Three Rivers Community College, Kennesaw State University.
