Cimarrones sign Joel Kindred, ex Patriots

Joel Kindred

Cimarrones del Choco (LBP) signed experienced 34-year old American shooting guard Joel Kindred (193cm-88kg-1991, college: St.Augustine). He played this summer at Patriots in Rwandan RBL league. In two games just recently he had 12.5ppg, 4.5rpg, 3.5apg and 1.5spg. The last season he played at Al-Hashd Social Sports Club (Superleague) in Iraqi league. He also played for London Lightning (BSL) in Canadian league.
Kindred is a highly experienced player who has played professionally in ten different countries on four continents, including Canada, Cyprus, Iraq, Spain, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Colombia, UBA, The Basketball Tournament, and ECBL. He has played for teams such as Halifax Hurricanes, Titans, Surge, Koop Spor, Al Karkh, Cantaires Tortosa, Benicarlo, Panteras, Jaguares, Cafeteros, Georgia P., Raleigh 919, Dream 34, and Georgia F.
He played in the final of Nicaraguan Torneo Carlos Ulloa in 2023. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Nicaraguan LSB Honorable Mention in 2023.
Kindred graduated from Saint Augustine's College in 2014 and it'll be his 13th (!!!) season as a pro player.
