Caimanes - Toros Del Valle 64-65

Worth to mention a great performance of Brazilian center Dikembe Andre (206-1999) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. The former international forward Michael Wright (198-1987) contributed with 8 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Toros' coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Uruguayan forward Gianfranco Espindola (196-1999) answered with a double-double by scoring 10 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Argentinian guard Alejo Britos (187-1994) added 13 points and 6 assists in the effort for Caimanes. Four Caimanes players scored in double figures.

Paisas players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. American swingman Vince Cole (198-1998, college: Coastal) stepped up and scored 25 points and 4 assists for the winners and Augustin Lamar chipped in 10 points and 18 rebounds. At the losing side the former international forward Romario Roque (180-1998) responded with 21 points and 4 assists and the former international forward Luis Almanza (196-1991) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Storm's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
