Goicoechea are 2017 Liga de Baloncesto Superior Champions in Costa Rica. They swept the Final series against Coronado 2-0. Goicoechea managed to win the first game 57-48 and was crowned champions last night. Mariela Matamoros top-scored for the winners with 15 points. Zeida Zorrilla replied with the same number of points in a loss.
