Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of ARBA (7-1) in San Jose on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by Escazu (8-1) 73-66. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of ARBA. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Escazu forced 21 ARBA turnovers. Strangely ARBA outrebounded Escazu 64-44 including a 46-33 advantage in defensive rebounds. American-U.S. Virgin Islands point guard Georgio Milligan (187-90, college: Franklin & Marshall) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists. International center Gabriel Quesada (198-85) contributed with 19 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Amaurys Ripool (196-86) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for ARBA. ARBA's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Escazu have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader. Defending champion ARBA dropped to the second place with one game lost. Escazu are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Liberia (#7) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. ARBA will play against Grecia (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another interesting game for Liberia (0-7) which hosted 4th placed Abogados (2-5). Seventh ranked Liberia crushed visitors 52--61. Liberia maintains seventh place with 0-7 record. Abogados at the other side dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. Liberia will play against league's leader Escazu in San Jose in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Abogados will play against Siquirres (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game in was also quite interesting. Fourth ranked U Costa Rica (4-6) played at the court of 6th ranked Siquirres (1-5). U Costa Rica defeated Siquirres 70-56 on Saturday. U Costa Rica maintains fourth place with 4-6 record. Newly promoted Siquirres keep the sixth position with five games lost. U Costa Rica will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Siquirres will play against Abogados (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
