LSB top team - Abogados (6-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat eighth ranked Grecia (2-5) in San Jose 96-84. Undefeated Abogados have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 6-0 record. Grecia at the other side keeps the eighth position with five games lost. Abogados will play against league's second-placed Puntarenas on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Grecia will play against Metropoli (#9) in Cartago and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Fifth ranked Limon Sh. (3-3) crushed at home 9th ranked Metropoli (1-5) by 23 points 77-54, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. Limon Sh. moved-up to fourth place, which they share with ARBA. Metropoli lost their fourth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with five games lost. Limon Sh. will meet higher ranked Escazu (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Metropoli will play against Grecia (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
