Santiago clinched 2022 Liga Superior title as they beat Guantanamo 3-1 in the Final series. Santiago closed the campaign with a 61-58 win in game 4.
Both teams exchanged the wins in the first half, whilst Santiago posted a 13-9 run in the third period. Guantanamo won the last period 19-14, but could not catch up with the opponents.
