Ineidis Casanova agreed terms with Funvic/Ituano

Ineidis Casanova

Funvic/Ituano (LBF) inked 31-year old Cuban ex-international point guard Ineidis Casanova (165-88). The last time (19) she played at UNINASSAU Basquete in Brazilian LBF league.
Casanova also represented Cuba at the Olympic Games Additional Qualifying Round in Nantes (France) four years ago. Her stats at that event were 4 games: 10.8ppg, 3.8rpg, 2.5apg, 1.5spg, FGP: 44.1%, 3PT: 44.4%, FT: 50.0%.
Casanova has played also professionally in Argentina (Obras Basket), Cuba (Santiago de Cuba) and Brazil (Maranhao).
Among many awards Casanova's team made it to the LBF Semifinals for two years in a row (2018 and 2019). She received also Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LBF Honorable Mention award in 2019.
