Ciego de Avila won Game 2 thriller in Cuba. They lead 2-0 in the final series against Sancti Spiritus after a 73-72 win.
Both teams nailed 20 points in the opening period, whilst Ciego de Avila posted a 19-16 run to take a 3-point advantage at the halftime. They increased to 12 points after 22-13, bu hardly could escape with a narrow win. Yoimar Lopez (1996) and Yasser Rodriguez (187-PG-1988) led the way with 13 points each.
