SPB 2023 - Guaros select Pedro Bombino (Toros) for the playoffs

Guaros de Lara (SPB) landed 23-year old Cuban international 206cm center Pedro Bombino, agency: Pro Sports. Bombino moved there via playoff draft from Toros. In 9 SPB games in Venezuela just recently he averaged impressive 23.9ppg, 6.9rpg, 2.7apg, 1.6spg and 1.1bpg last season. He has been regularly called to Cuban Senior National Team since 2020.
Bombino has played also professionally in Argentina (Gimnasia, Colon Santa Fe, Union de Santa Fe, Gimnasia CR and Union), Cuba (Bufalos) and El Salvador (Metapan).
Among many awards he played in the final of El Salvador Liga Mayor Apertura in 2022. He was also voted to Latinbasket.com All-Argentinian LDD Center of the Year back in 2019.
