Capitalinos de la Habana conquered 2023 title as they overcame Santiago de Cuba 3-0 in the Final series. Capitalinos de la Habana closed the series with a 77-69 win.
Santiago de Cuba opened the game with a 22-16 run, whilst Capitalinos de la Habana dominated the rest of the quarters. They won the second frame 22-18 and added 23-14 and 16-15 respectively in the third and the last stanzas. Hector Martinto (197-F-1994) stepped up with 18 points for the winners.
