Mexico outscore Cuba to remain undefeated in El Salvador

Mexico recorded the third consecutive win at the CAC Games 2023. They stormed past Cuba for 3-0 record atop of Group B. Gabriel Giron (192-SG-1988) finished with 22 points to lead the winners.
Mexico drained 48 points in the first half to take a 17-point halftime lead. They held Cuba to just 30 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Moises Andriassi (185-PG-2000) chipped in 18 points for Mexico. Yoanki Mensia (198-F-1997, agency: Pro Sports) answered with 11 points for Cuba.
