Jaguares add Cubillas to their roster

Jaguares de la UAM (LSB) added to their roster 28-year old Cuban international forward Yoel Cubillas (204cm-88kg-1994). Cubillas played this summer at ITD Santa Tecla BC in Salvadorean Liga MB. In 25 games just recently he recorded very impressive stats: 19.7ppg, 16.1rpg, 2.1apg, 1.5spg and 2.6bpg. Good season as he was named League Player of the Week (5 times).
He also represented Cuba at the Central American and Caribbean Games in San Salvador (El Salvador) this year.
Cubillas is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Regatas), Cuba (Bufalos and Lobos), El Salvador (Quezaltepeque, El Rapido and Metapan) and Nicaragua (Caribbean Coast). Cubillas won Cuban LSB championship title in 2018 and 2019.
He was voted to Nicaraguan LSB All-Star Game back in 2020.
