Lady Panthers crowned champions

The Dominica Amateur Basketball Association National League Finals started off with a whooping bang on Wednesday August 5th at the Massacre Hard court. Six teams having emerged victorious in their respective semi- final series vie for the top spot in 3 Divisions. The teams were as follows: Women Division - Lady Panthers versus Northern Starz; Division-1, Kairi FM Ole Skool versus Elijah Law Chambers Thunderers; and Premier Division - D-Tread Blazers versus Fast Cash Prowlers.
In the Women Division, best of 3 Finals series, Lady Panthers spared no win to the Northern Starz beating them 2-0. Game one tipped off on Wednesday August 5 at 7:00pm and Game 2 on Saturday August 15 at 7:00pm both at Massacre.
