Ryan Scott
Indios de San Francisco (LNB) strengthened their roster with addition of 33-year old American guard Ryan Scott (191-86, college: JCSU). It is actually his comeback to San Francisco as he has played here before. The last time (18) he played at La Villa in La Vega League in Dominican Republic. He missed last season and had one year break from professional basketball.
Among other achievements Scott's team won Dominican Rep. LNB Group 1 Regular Season in 2018. He received also Eurobasket Summer League in New York City All-Tournament 1st Team award back in 2010.
Scott is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Dominican Republic (Caneros Del Este, Los Buitres and Sharks), IBL (Portland C.), ABA (Carolina Ch.) and TRBL (Charlotte E.).
Scott attended Johnson C. Smith University until 2009 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
The scouts decsribe him following way:
Ryan Scott is a quality combo guard with amazing range on his jump shot.
He is definitely a pure scorer who will be an asset on a quality international team.
He has excellent ball handling skills and is a quality athlete who creates off the dribble well.
Ryan can also play the PG spot but prefers to score first.
