Charles Brown Jr. claims Dominican Rep. LNB Hoops Agents weekly honour

American Charles Brown Jr. (198-F-1997) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's leader Indios de San Francisco and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 28-year old forward had the game-high 33 points adding eight rebounds and three assists for Indios in his team's victory, helping them to beat Titanes (#6, 1-2) 104-90. It allowed Indios to jump to the first place in the Dominican Rep. LNB. The season is still on an early stage, but Indios already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Brown Jr. had a remarkable 75.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Indios, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Saint Joseph's University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Brown Jr. is in league's top in points (2nd best: 27.0ppg) and averages solid 3.3spg and 68.8% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was American guard Reggie Quezada (190-G) of Leones de Santo Domingo. Quezada impressed basketball fans with 34 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. It was enough for Leones to edge Soles (0-2) by 4 points 95-91. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Quezada is one of the most experienced players at Leones and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.0ppg (#1). His other stats are also decent: 5.5rpg and 4.0apg.

The third best performed player last round was another Indios' star - Azerbaijani Jordan Davis (188-G-1997). Davis showcased his all-around game by recording 22 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was another key player of Indios de San Francisco, helping his team with a 104-90 easy win against Titanes (#6, 1-2). Indios started extremely well this year. They recorded 3 victories without losing a single game. Davis turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Davis has a great season in Dominican Republic. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.0apg (7th best).
