Indios de San Francisco clinched the LNB crown. They overcame Titanes del Distrito Nacional in the decisive seventh game of the championship series. Ramon Ruiz (188-G-85) stepped up with 20 points to pace the winners. Robert Glenn (201-PF-89, agency: Edge Sports, college: IUPUI) was named the Finals MVP after the game.
Indios earned a 20:17 lead after the opening quarter. The visitors stretched the lead in the second frame. Indios arrived at the interval up by 12 points 42:30. They stayed in control throughout the third term. Indios registered a 21-point advantage before the fourth quarter. Titanes went on a desperate rescue rally in the final stanza but came up way short of win. Robert Glenn recorded 16 points, while Reggie Charles (201-F-81) added 12 points in the victory. Gerardo Suero (193-G-89, college: Albany) responded with 23 points for Titanes. James Thomas (205-F/C-80, college: Texas) and Smailin Encarnacion had 10 points each in the defeat.
