Leones de Santo Domingo celebrated LNB title. They outscored Titanes in the exciting Game 6 of the Finals to conquer the trophy. Titanes were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Leones made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Titanes turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Titanes helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Forward Juan Guerrero (205-93) had a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!) and 14 rebounds (on 16-of-21 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and swingman LJ Figueroa (198-98, college: Oregon) chipped in 30 points and 4 assists during the contest. Leones' coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American swingman Terry Larrier (203-95, college: UConn) with 34 points (!!!) and Luis Montero (203-93, college: South Plains) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Four Leones and five Titanes players scored in double figures.

Team Juanco celebrated victory in the 2021 LNB All Star Game. They edged Team Eloy in a high-scoring clash. Ramon Galloway (190-G-91, college: La Salle) scored 29 points to pace the winners. He was named the MVP.
Team Juanco grabbed a 31-27 lead after ten minutes. Team Eloy pulled within three points at the big break 54-57. They denied the deficit in the third quarter. But Team Juanco sank 34 points in the fourth period and raced to the victory. Raphiael Putney (207-F-90, college: UMass) produced 17 points for the winners. Michael Griffin answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds, while Jayvian De La Cruz scored 15 points in the loss.
Eddy Polanco (190-SG-94, college: SE Louisiana) celebrated victory in the Three-Point Shootout Contest, while Malon Taylor clinched Slam Dunk Contest title.
