Fenix - Immortals 107-105

Fenix Santiago celebrated LDC title. They outscored the Immortals in the exciting Game 2 of the Finals to conquer the trophy. Fenix were tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Fenix made 25-of-28 free shots (89.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Immortals turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Immortals helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Guard Yensi Jimenez (189-G-1998) had an impressive game scoring 25 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-21 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Jefry Arias (182-G-1994) chipped in 20 points and 4 assists during the contest. Fenix' coach used an ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for this final. The best for the losing side was LDC League MVP Oliver Garcia (188-G-1996, agency: Ballerz Unlimited LLC) with 30 points!!!!!

Jefry Arias was named LDC Finals MVP averaging just over 28 points per game throughout the playoffs.
