Reales LV toppled Caneros to regain the lead in the championship series. Reales LV had a 31-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Caneros Del Este's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Gary Johnson (198-88, college: Texas) who scored 33 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds (on 15-of-17 shooting from the field). His fellow American import swingman Glen Rice Jr. (198-91, college: Georgia Tech) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Four Reales LV players scored in double figures. Guard Rayner Moquete (185-90, college: Binghamton) produced a double-double by scoring 25 points and 12 rebounds and American guard Keith Appling (185-92, college: Michigan St., agency: Basket Management Solutions) added 31 points and 5 assists (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) respectively for the guests. Caneros Del Este's coach Tony Ruiz rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
