Santiago claimed TSF title. They held off Leona in the championship game. Guard Maria Coronado (173-1991) stepped up and scored 30 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and American Marquisha Harris (180-1993, college: W.Michigan) chipped in 15 points and 15 rebounds. Harris is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side American forward Aaliyah Rice (175-1997, college: Montevallo) responded with 22 points and 8 rebounds and Odalmis Diaz scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
