Carter's 12 points and 8 rebounds give her TSF Player of the Week award

31-year old American guard Brittany Carter (183-G-1993) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's best team Equipo Femenino Immortals and receives a Hoops Agents TSF Player of the Week award for round 3.
She had the game-high 12 points adding eight rebounds and five assists for Immortals in her team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Indias (#5, 0-3) with 16-point margin 88-72. It allowed Immortals to consolidate first place in the Dominican Rep. league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Immortals already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. Carter turned to be Immortals' top player in her first season with the team. University of Illinois graduate has very impressive stats this year. Carter is in league's top in points (9th best: 12.3ppg), rebounds (6th best: 7.0rpg), assists (2nd best: 3.7apg) and averages solid 1.3bpg and 3.3spg.

Second best performed player last round was Arlisa Thomas (175-F-1997) of league's second-best Orlando Boom. She is American forward in her first season at Boom. In the last game Thomas recorded an impressive 23 points and 5 rebounds. Of course she led Boom to another comfortable win 82-65 over Fenix (1-2) being unquestionably team leader. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Thomas is a newcomer at Orlando B. and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. She belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.0ppg (#4). She also registered 5.0 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Sydni Tears (183-G) of Indias del Sur (#5). Tears scored 23 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. Despite Tears' great performance the Indias lost 72-88 to Immortals (#1, 3-0). But her team cannot count on just a single player as she also needs help of the other teammates. Indias can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 3 games. Tears has individually a great season in Dominican Republic. After only 3 games, she made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 22.3ppg (best scorer), rebounds with 8.7rpg (2nd best) and assists with 1.3apg (9th best).
