UTE are crowned National League champions - Dec 19, 2014

UTE are the new National League champions. They overcame ComniKT in the championship series. UTE gained an 85:73 victory in the sixth game to clinch 4-2 victory in the series.
ComuniKT dominated in the first half. Scott Rodgers (191-G-87, college: Drexel) and Rasheem Barrett (196-SG-87, college: Auburn) helped the hosts to a 23:10 lead after ten minutes. ComuniKT stayed in front throughout the second period. The hosts piled up a 47:35 halftime lead. But UTE turned the tables in the third quarter. They tied things up at 55 and then surged ahead for a 63:59 lead at the final intermission. Marvin Cairo (201-G/F-91) and Jesus Centeno (190-G-85) stepped up for UTE as the visitors cruised to the victory in the fourth quarter.
