After 3 rounds played we can already see who rules in the National League and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most exciting game of round 3 in the National League took place in Ibarra. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of Guerreros (7-5) to Piratas (9-3) 85-82 on Sunday evening. It was a great evening for Venezuelan forward Jhon Romero (199-85) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists. Spanish Adriano Barrera (-92) helped adding 18 points and 7 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American swingman Deilvez Yearby (200-87, college: PFW) with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 16 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Piratas are looking forward to face Leones (#8) in Riobamba in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Guerreros will play at home against Barcelona and are hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
Iccan (11-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they beat ABC (2-10) in Santo Domingo 73-56. It was a quality performance for forward Mairon Cuero-Racines (190-89) who led the winners and scored 17 points (perfect from the field making all six shots). Juan-Pablo Alvarez accounted for 14 points. Cuban forward Yasmany Fundora (201-92) came up with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds for ABC in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Iccan will play against Juvenil (#4) in Vinces in the next round. ABC will play on the road against Portoviejo (#7) in Portviejo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Triple E-Uda (1-11) was outscored at home by Portoviejo (5-7) with the biggest margin this round 90-72 on Sunday night. The best player for the winners was Zach Reynolds who had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 23 rebounds and 6 assists.
