Ecuadorian National League round 8 best performance: Michael Torres

Center Michael Torres (C-02) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for GUERREROS DEL BALONCESTO, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 8.

Third on the list of top players last round was American guard Vince Toftness (188-G-97) of league's second-best Manabi. Toftness scored 19 points and grabbed ten rebounds. Despite Toftness' great performance Manabi lost 64-70 to #1 ranked Santa Maria. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Manabi needs is to lose another game like this one.
