The most important game in the last round took place in Gualaceo between second ranked Triple E-Uda (3-2) and sixth ranked Club Valle (1-2) on Wednesday night. Triple E-Uda was defeated by Club Valle at home 81-70. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Triple E-Uda. They outrebounded Triple E-Uda 47-36 including a 41-27 advantage in defensive rebounds. American James Edmond Jr (205-1991, college: Lincoln, MO) fired a double-double by scoring 21 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Guard Yussephe Castaneda (185-2000) chipped in 11 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. American forward Malik Jenkins (201-1989) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 15 rebounds for lost side. Triple E-Uda's coach Santiago Espinoza rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Newly promoted Club Valle maintains sixth position with 1-2 record. Triple E-Uda at the other side keeps the second place with two games lost. They share the position with Punto Rojo.

Yassel Farres replied with 26 points and 5 rebounds for Fuerza M.Santa Maria have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 4-0 record. Newly promoted Fuerza M. keeps the fourth place with two games lost.
Nesfebanor can celebrate their first win this season after four consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Santo Domingo, where they defeated Guerreros (0-3) 86-69 on Wednesday. Nesfebanor's coach Rene Sotalin used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
