Santa Maria's second position in the standings has not changed. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 6 matches. Cappare is one of the most experienced players at Santa Maria and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.7ppg (#3). His other stats are also decent: 8.4rpg and 3.1apg. Third on the list of top players last round was another Santa Maria's star - Venezuelan guard Alejandro Noguera (PG-1995). Noguera scored 24 points and grabbed six rebounds. He was another key player of Santa Maria, helping his team with a 81-68 easy win against the lower-ranked Nesfebanor (#8, 1-7). Santa Maria is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 6-1 record is not that bad... Noguera has a great season in Ecuador.
