Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Mason Harrell (203-1997, college: WSSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points, 18 rebounds and 6 blocks. Robert Colon contributed with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Luther Page (201-1993, college: Alabama St., agency: Elevate Sports Alliance) replied with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for Club Valle. Club Valle's coach Daniel Gonzalez rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Newly promoted Caballeros maintains th position with 0-0 record. Punto Rojo's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side Enrique Estrella responded with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Punto Rojo (9-2) have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Loser Guerreros keep the seventh place with seven games lost. Punto Rojo will meet at home Club Valle (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Guerreros will play against Caballeros in Tulcan and hope to win that game.

Punto Rojo looked well-organized offensively handing out 40 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Guerreros' players. Eder Guerreo (-1991) scored 13 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Alioxi Ponce (-1995) chipped in 18 points during the contest. Five Fuerza M. players scored in double figures. At the losing side Reinaldo Sanchez responded with 25 points and 7 rebounds and Yolvis Granado produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Fuerza M. maintains fifth position with 4-7 record. Nesfebanor lost fifth consecutive game. Nesfebanor at the other side, also newcomer in the league, stay at the bottom place with nine games lost.
