Ciara Rosten (ex UDJ) joins Beroe

Ciara Rosten

Beroe Stara Zagora (NBL) agreed terms with 26-year old American forward Ciara Rosten (188cm-1996, college: Edinboro). Rosten played last season at Union Deportiva Juvenil Quininde in Ecuadorian Liga Femenina. She also played for Phoenix Stiinta Constanta in Romanian Liga Nationala where in 28 games she had 11.5ppg, 11.3rpg (#5 in the league), 2.1apg, 1.3spg and 1.1bpg. Rosten helped them to make it to the semifinals. A very impressive season as she was named to Eurobasket.com All-Romanian League Honorable Mention.
She has played also professionally in Sweden (Ostersund).
Rosten is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top summer league for players who want to play basketball overseas.
She graduated from Edinboro University in 2018 and it will be her fifth season as a professional player.
