Jorge Guzman CD (Liga Basquet Pro) strengthened their roster with addition of 29-year old American shooting guard Jordan Adams (196cm-99kg-1994, college: UCLA). Adams played this summer at Gladiadores in Venezuelan SPB league. In 42 games just recently he recorded very impressive stats: 17.4ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.3apg and 1.6spg. He helped them to win the league title. A very spectacular season in his career as he was voted Latinbasket.com All-Venezuelan SPB Forward of the Year and League Player of the Week.
In 2014 he was drafted by Memphis Grizzlies (NBA) in first round (22nd overall). Adams attended University of California at Los Angeles and it will be his eleventh season in pro basketball.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to Adams' pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Asia, Latin America and of course North America) in seven different countries. Adams has played previously professionally in Argentina (Comunicaciones), Mexico (Venados and Libertadores), Syria (Al Wahda), Uruguay (Aguada), NBA G League (OKC Blue and RGV Vipers), Big3 (3Headed Monsters) and The Basketball Tournament (Sons of Westwood).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he received Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBP 2020 Player of the Year award and Latinbasket.com All-Mexican LNBP 2020 Import Player of the Year award back in 2020.
