Liga Basquet Pro 2024 - Spartans add Warnock to their roster, ex GELP

Amir Warnock

Spartans SG (Liga Basquet Pro) added to their roster 28-year old American power forward Amir Warnock (206cm-111kg-1995, college: KWC) for season 2024. Warnock moved there from Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata in Argentinian La Liga. In four La Liga Argentina games he recorded 8.5ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.0spg and 1.0bpg last season.
The most of last summer he spent at Brumas in Nicaraguan LSB where in 16 games he averaged 14.6ppg, 10.2rpg and 2.3apg. He helped them to win the Nicaraguan Torneo Carlos Ulloa title despite they ended the regular season at the second place. Quite impressive year as he was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Nicaraguan LSB Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week. Warnock also spent pre-season at The Nawd in U.S. semi-pro league The Basketball Tournament.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America) in four different countries. Warnock has played previously professionally in France (Levallois), Spain (Homs Rentals UE Mataro, Ponferrada and Sol Girones) and TBL (Waco R.).
He graduated from Kentucky Wesleyan College in 2018 and it is his sixth season as a professional player. Warnock played for other colleges like: Alabama State University, South Georgia State College, College of Central Florida.
