Liga Basquet Pro 2024 - Joe Hampton is back at Leones, ex Furstenfeld

Leones de Riobamba SC (Liga Basquet Pro) signed 26-year old American forward Joe Hampton (203cm-100kg-1998, college: LBSU) for upcoming 2024 season. Hampton joins another USA player Angel Geovanny Cuenca who is already in the roster.
It is actually his comeback to Riobamba as he has played here before. He moved there from BSC Raiffeisen Furstenfeld Panthers in Austrian BSL league. In 15 games he had very impressive stats: 20.7ppg, 7.4rpg and 3.0apg last season. The last summer he played at Leones. Hampton helped them to win the league title.
He graduated from Long Beach State University in 2022 and it is his second season as a professional player. Hampton played for other colleges like: East Los Angeles College, Pasadena City College.
