The Regular Season in National League just started. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

Ambato S. defeated ATUC at home 106-97. Ambato S. dominated down low during the game scoring 80 of its points in the paint compared to ATUC's 58. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Ambato S. made 8 blocks. Guard Bady Alvarez (188-2004) fired 30 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field) for the winners. Forward Darwim Saenz chipped in 18 points and 6 rebounds. Carlos Rojas produced a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

An exciting game was played in Guayaquil. Santa Maria faced Iccan. Guests from defeated host Iccan 63-58. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Nixon Mina (205-1990) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws). The former international forward Alexander Guerra (196-1996) contributed with 5 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Santa Maria players scored in double figures. Forward Jeferson Espinoza (-2004) answered with 15 points and 9 rebounds and guard Yussephe Castaneda (185-2000) added 7 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks in the effort for Iccan.
