Sixth ranked Barcelona (10-10) saved a 3-point victory on the road edging 7th ranked Guerreros MC (8-12) 103-100 in the game for the sixth place. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Guerreros MC. Barcelona have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 10-10 record. Guerreros MC at the other side keeps the seventh position with 12 games lost. Barcelona will play against league's leader Leones in Riobamba in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Guerreros MC will play on the road against Spartans (#9) in Quito and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 21 bottom-ranked CyC Manabi was destroyed by Piratas on the opponent's court 125-105. San Antonio G. unfortunately lost to Liga Deportiva Univ in a home game 94-95.
