Liga Femenina newcomer Jorge Guzman CD signed 24-year-old small forward Alany Chicomin, who recently played for Los Andes Santa Maria in the Ecuadorian D3 league. Chicomin averaged 10.1ppg, 2.6rpg, and 1.4spg in 8 Liga Femenina games last season, helping her team win the regular season and reach the semifinals. She also played for Ambato Soldiers earlier in the season.
She has played previously for Club VO4.
Chicomin won the Ecuadorian Liga Desarrollo championship title in 2021.
