Jaramillo's 22 points and 9 rebounds give him Player of the Week award

23-year old shooting guard Andres Jaramillo (190-SG-2002) had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked Monsters and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had the game-high 22 points adding nine rebounds and six assists for Monsters in his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Leopat (#4, 0-5) with 36-point margin 104-68. Monsters is placed at 2nd position in Ecuadorian league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Monsters will need more victories to improve their 4-2 record. In the team's last game Jaramillo had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Monsters, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Jaramillo has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (8th best: 3.3apg) and averages solid 53.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Michael Kirkland (203-F-1998, agency: Fully Feared Sports) of Henko Cuenca. He is American forward in his first season at Cuenca. In the last game Kirkland recorded an impressive 35 points and 7 rebounds. Bad luck as Cuenca was edged by the higher-ranked Alvarado (#1, 7-1) 91-90. Cuenca managed to keep the same 5th spot in Group B. 6 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Cuenca managed to get this year. Kirkland is one of the most experienced players at Cuenca and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to center Kevin Preciado (C-2007) of Ambato Soldiers (#4). Preciado got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. Despite Preciado's great performance the Ambato S. lost 81-83 to #2 ranked Deportivo Gold. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. Preciado has a very solid season. In 4 games in Ecuador he scored 14.8ppg.
