Ecuadorian LNB round 10 best performance: Shirmane Jeaquan (by Hoops Agents)

American Guard Shirmane Jeaquan (191-G-1994) had a very impressive game in the last round for Ambato Soldiers, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 31-year old player had a double-double of 21 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Cuenca (#5, 1-7) 101-86. Ambato S. maintains the 4th position in their group in the Ecuadorian LNB. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just two victories. Jeaquan just recently signed at Ambato S., being already a very valuable addition to the team. Shirmane Jeaquan averages this season 13.1ppg and 6.6rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was young American Jaja Davis (196-F/C-1995) of Henko Cuenca. Davis had a very good evening with a double-double of 25 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as Cuenca lost that game 86-101 to slightly higher-ranked Ambato S. (#4, 2-6). Cuenca managed to keep the same 5th spot in Group B. 7 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Cuenca managed to get this year. Davis is one of the most experienced players at Cuenca and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.6ppg (#9). He also registered 14.1 boards per game.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Ambato S.'s star - center Kevin Preciado (C-2007). Preciado got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for eight rebounds . He was another key player of Ambato Soldiers, helping his team with a 101-86 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Cuenca (#5, 1-7). Preciado has individually a great season in Ecuador. After only 8 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 20.6ppg (3rd best).
