Juan De Los Santos
Talented Dominican Rep. Juan De Los Santos (193-F-2002) put on an amazing game in the last round for league's second-best Brujos and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Liga MB Player of the Week award for round 2.
The 20-year old forward had the game-high 41 points adding seven rebounds and two assists for Brujos in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Santa Ana (#6, 1-1) with 59-point margin 117-58. Brujos is placed at 2nd position in Salvadorean Liga MB. But it's just the very beginning of the season and Brujos won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game De Los Santos had a remarkable 63.2% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Brujos and it was his first game, where he immediately became new team's leader. De Los Santos has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 41.0ppg. De Los Santos is in league's top in and averages solid 63.2% FGP.
The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Cuban forward Yoel Cubillas (204-F-1994) of Santa Tecla. Cubillas impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 25 points and 16 rebounds. Of course he led Santa Tecla to another comfortable win outscoring Fantasmas (0-1) 98-77. His team has extremely good start of the season. They won their first game. However the season is at the beginning, so everything can happen. They still may lose their high position in the standings. Cubillas is one of the most experienced players at Santa Tecla and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 25.0ppg (#7). He also registered 16.0 boards per game.
The third best performed player last round was Dominican Rep. Rayner Moquete (185-F-1990) of Quezaltepeque (#5). Moquete showcased his all-around game by recording 15 points, twelve rebounds (!!!) and eleven assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of Quezaltepeque, leading his team to a 100-45 easy win against Chalchuapa (#9, 0-2). Quezaltepeque needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 1 victories and 1 lost games. The season just started for Moquete as he played only first game. But it already looks like he can be team's leader.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
