The game between Top Four teams took place in Metapan. 3rd placed host Metapan (4-3) lost to leader San Salvador (8-0) 86-76. San Salvador made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Metapan turnovers and had a 35-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Panamanian Alejandro Grant (199-1993) who led his team to a victory scoring 26 points and 9 rebounds. American swingman Andravious Smith (198-1995, college: Tougaloo) helped adding 15 points and 11 rebounds. Lee Vasquez (176-1991) responded with 20 points and 8 assists. Metapan's coach Reynaldo Corrales rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Undefeated San Salvador have an impressive series of eight victories in a row. They maintain first place with 8-0 record, which they share with Santa Tecla. Metapan lost third consecutive game. They keep the third position with three games lost. San Salvador will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Metapan will play on the road against Santiagueno in Usultan and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
Chalchuapa has finally registered their first victory this season after eight consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Santiagueno (2-5) 93-87. It was an exceptional evening for American Gorg Alhag (190-1997, college: Mayville St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds. Robert Story accounted for 26 points and 6 rebounds. American-Colombian center Freddy Asprilla (206-1988, college: Canisius) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 24 rebounds for Santiagueno in the defeat. Chalchuapa maintains tenth place with 1-8 record. It was Santiagueno's third loss in a row. They keep the eighth position with five games lost. They share it with Brujos. Chalchuapa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Santiagueno will play at home against Metapan (#3) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

The best player for the winners was Yoel Cubillas who had a triple-double by scoring 14 points, 21 rebounds and 12 blocks. Edwin Espinal produced 24 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Brujos' coach Francisco Lemus gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the eighth consecutive win for Santa Tecla. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with San Salvador. Brujos lost their fourth game in a row. They dropped to the eighth place with five games lost. They share the position with Santiagueno. Santa Tecla will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Brujos will play against Cojute (#4) in Cojutepeque and hope to secure a win.

In the last game of round 11 Quezaltepeque lost to Santa Ana on the opponent's court 99-103.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 27 points, 28 rebounds and 4 assists by Marcus Feagin of Santa Ana.

Brujos - Santa Tecla 69-98

The game in Izalco supposed to be also quite interesting. Leader Santa Tecla (8-0) played at the court of 7th ranked Brujos (2-5). Santa Tecla smashed Brujos 98-69 on Saturday. Santa Tecla looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Brujos' players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Santa Tecla made 15 blocks. The best player for the winners was Cuban forward Yoel Cubillas (204-1994) who had a triple-double by scoring 14 points, 21 rebounds and 12 blocks. Dominican Darwin Cabrera chipped in a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. Four Santa Tecla players scored in double figures. Dominican Edwin Espinal (198-1993) produced 24 points and 7 rebounds and Dominican forward Juan De Los Santos (193-2002) added 17 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Chalchuapa forced 19 Santiagueno turnovers. Strangely Santiagueno outrebounded Chalchuapa 50-37 including 21 on the offensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for American Gorg Alhag (190-1997, college: Mayville St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Robert Story (183, college: WSSU) accounted for 26 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Alhag is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American-Colombian center Freddy Asprilla (206-1988, college: Canisius) came up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 24 rebounds and Fernando Salcedo (-2003) added 13 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 5 steals respectively for Santiagueno in the defeat. Four Santiagueno players scored in double figures. Chalchuapa maintains tenth place with 1-8 record. It was Santiagueno's third loss in a row. They keep the eighth position with five games lost. There was an upset when higher ranked Quezaltepeque (4-5) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Santa Ana (3-5) 103-99 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American guard Marcus Feagin (193-1991) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 28 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import forward Jose Ortiz (190-1990, college: DelVal) chipped in 32 points. Dominican forward Rayner Moquete (185-1990, college: Binghamton) produced 27 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and American center Marc Montavious (206-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) added 20 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Santa Ana moved-up to seventh place. Quezaltepeque at the other side keeps the fifth position with five games lost. Santa Ana will meet higher ranked Fantasmas (#6) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Quezaltepeque will have a break next round.
