Santa Tecla claimed Liga MB title. They overcame Cojute in Game 3 of the Finals to complete the sweep. Santa Tecla made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Dominican forward Adonis Lopez (-1997) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Ernesto Rodriguez (170-2001) chipped in 22 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Shian Bradshaw (194-1995, college: Wake Tech CC) who recorded a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds and the other American import center Troidell Carter (206-1991, college: Slippery Rock) added 10 points and 12 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
