Cojute - Independiente 78-59

Cojute dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Independiente's 32. Cojute players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. American players dominated the game. It was a great evening for guard Jeremy Agosto (177-1997) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Center Troidell Carter (206-1991, college: Slippery Rock) helped adding 13 points, 11 rebounds and 6 blocks. Cojute's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Aaren Smith (198-1997, college: UDC) with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 15 rebounds and swingman Andravious Smith (198-1995, college: Tougaloo) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 14 rebounds.

A.Lobos - Santa Ana 77-53

It was a good game for American forward Sean Scott (190-1997, college: Pfeiffer) who led his team to a victory with 26 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. His fellow American import guard Jerome Savoy (185, college: Pfeiffer) contributed with 17 points for the winners. American Timothy Simmons (195-1992, college: DBU) answered with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Venezuelan-Colombian center Michael Hinestroza (210-1990, college: UALR) added 12 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Santa Ana. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

Metapan - Salvadorenos 95-74

Metapan dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Salvadorenos' 38. Metapan players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. It was a great evening for Cuban forward Yoel Cubillas (204-1994) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds. Puerto Rican forward Xavier Zambrana (193-1991) helped adding 18 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. The best for the losing side was naturalized Mali power forward Ibrahima Traore (208-2005) with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and guard Alfonso Tobar (191-2007) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

San Salvador shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 56.0 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Brujos' players. Worth to mention a quality performance of power forward Brayan Garcia (194-1998) who helped to win the game recording 17 points and 7 rebounds. Luis Valle (190-1997) helped adding 13 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. Four San Salvador players scored in double figures. San Salvador's coach felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American forward Allon Johnson (201, college: Dalton St.) with 19 points and 8 rebounds and Julio Crespin (184-1997) scored 13 points.
