Worth to mention a great performance of American center Marc Montavious (206-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Jerome Savoy (185, college: Pfeiffer) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four A.Lobos players scored in double figures. A.Lobos' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cuban forward Yoel Cubillas (204-1994) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and American point guard Leangelo Saravia (183-2001, college: Oakland City) added 20 points in the effort for Metapan.
